Coming in Fall 2020 iPhone 12 — Apple's 2020 iPhones will introduce some exciting improvements, based on rumors. 5G wireless chips for much faster cellular speeds are said to be coming, plus Apple is going to add a laser-powered time-of-flight 3D rear camera for significant improvements to AR experiences.
Coming in Fall 2020 We're expecting a 5.4-inch iPhone, a 6.7-inch iPhone, and a 6.1-inch iPhone (or possibly two 6.1-inch models), with both higher-end iPhone 11 Pro-style devices and more affordable iPhone 11-style models.
According to JPMorgan analyst Sabik Chatterjee, Apple will release four new iPhone 12 models in the fall of 2020: a 5.4-inch model, two 6.1-inch phones and a 6.7-inch phone. So the 5.4-inch and one of the 6.1-inch models will be the lower-end devices, presumably called the iPhone 12.
Apple debuts its new iPhone's like clockwork every September, and next year isn't likely to be any different. It's also very likely that next year's iPhones will include support for 5G connectivity, coming after Android device makers like Samsung have already launched 5G-ready phones in 2019.
It will start at $699 for the regular model while the Pro and Pro max models will be $999 and $1099. As you add storage, the pricing will also increase.
The 5.4-inch 2020 iPhone would likely slot somewhere in the middle between the SE and the current 5.8-inch iPhone XS in size, with much more usable screen real estate than the SE, thanks to Apple's newer full-screen, slim-bezel design.
