Easy to use I couldn't do my job without this tool. I utilized this everyday as I create and fill out forms quite often. Its very simple and does not take any time to understand how to utilize the software. At times it can give you problems when you try and save and add certain things. I've also had problems copy certain areas.

Arrange data intuitively. Watch your bar widths. Don't use 3-D. Use the proper direction. Use consistent colors. Keep y-axis labels short. Ditch the grid. Don't forget a title and source line.
Open Excel. Select all the data that you want included in the bar chart. Click the Chart Wizard toolbar button, or choose Chart from the Insert menu. Make sure that Column is selected under Chart type (it's the default setting). Select a subtype of bar graph from the display on the right, and click Next.
Select the data, including both series and headers (all three columns). Click the Chart Wizard button on the Standard toolbar or choose Insert > Chart. Click the Next button twice. Click the Titles tab. Enter an appropriate title for the chart.
