It's a good program, convenient, relatively easy UI. Needing to subscribe to a function that was free for a time on the Adobe software, is an irritating feature of life in the 21st century.

I have only been using PDFfiller for a couple of months but it has been a godsend. My son has 3 different court cases going and that is a ton of forms that need to be filled out every time he needs to file or respond. PDFfiller makes the process extremely easy. All I do is search the form, add it to my profile and then fill it out. It retains ALL the information and adds it to the next page so that I am not having to repeat the same information over and over. This is all I have used it for but am looking forward to what other features I will be able to use in the future.

I have been hand writing my proposals and invoices for my landscape business for 30 years. It was time for me to create a neater and more professional means of presenting proposals to clients. PDFfiller meets all of my needs and is quite simple to use.

PDF Filler is a must for me!
I love it! As a small business owner who strives to maintain a professional business image (website, business cards, etc.) , PDFfiller does just that for the proposals I create for my customers ... both future, and repeat. I know for a fact my customers appreciate the quality and professionalism of the proposals they receive from me - they've told me so! Thanks PDFfiller!
I love the ability to quickly, and easily, create/copy professional proposals for my customers. I then save each file as a PDF (with my logo embedded at the top left of each document), and attach via e-mail for completing my estimation process with each customer.
The only thing I've discovered is with the particular template I use for my particular proposals - my template has an area that indicates "Page 1 of _" ... well, there are no additional pages that are affiliated with my template, so I end up either having to re-edit to ensure my entire proposal fits into "Page 1", or I have to continue additional pages outside of PDFfiller.

It was fairly easy to find my way around the website. Everything that you need it's all right there and you don't have to search and find what ever it is that needed to get your documents completed and able to send

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Accidentally subscribed after the free trial but the customer service team was super helpful at refunding.
Also the software seemed really good when I briefly used it.

What is Certificate of devise?
EFFECTIVE DATE: October 1, 1994, BACKGROUND Certificate of Devise or Distribution A certificate of devise or distribution is issued by a probate court in the course of settlement of a decedent's estate.
What does assent to devise mean?
Georgia Assent to Devise. Commonly, when people create their wills, they identify one or more individuals to supervise the distribution of their assets. An executor uses an assent to devise to transfer real property from the decedent's estate to beneficiaries named in the decedent's will.
What is the difference between an assent and a transfer?
An Assent is different from a Transfer or Conveyance because you can only Assent property from the Estate of someone who is deceased. The Assent will also be for no value. So if a Beneficiary is paying money to the Estate so that he/she can take ownership, this is a purchase and not an Assent.
What does it mean to assent a property?
An assent of property is the transfer of legal ownership of property or land by the personal representative(s) of the estate of someone who has died to the beneficiary or beneficiaries.
Do you need a grant of probate to assent a property?
Probate is not required to deal with the property but may be needed if the deceased's estate warrants it. Much will depend on what the deceased owned and what the beneficiaries intend to do with the property.
How do you transfer property in a will?
Transfer of property through a will A transfer of any property can also be made by way of execution of a will, but the vesting of the property will take effect, after the death of the person executing the will. As per the prevalent laws, a will is neither required to be stamped, nor is it required to be registered.
What is a memorandum of assent?
A memorandum of an assent, or conveyance, of land to a beneficiary should always be endorsed on the grant of representation. Unless there is evidence of a contrary intention, an assent relates back to the date of the deceased's death.
How do you transfer a deed on an inherited property?
Get a copy of the probated will. Obtain a certified copy of the death certificate. Draft a new deed that names you as the property owner. Sign the new deed and have it notarized.
