For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

The log in process is a little clunky. I have not been able to copy paste a field in the template creator. I have 30 fields or so that will each have the same sized field, I should be able to duplicate the specific field a number of times and paste. No?

Start with simply drawing out your desired letter. Outline the outside of your letter. Draw a line off of either every right, left or down facing corner of your letter. Connect all the lines as shown in this illustration. Erase your guidelines that you drew in step 1. Consider shading or outlining. Finished.
Select content, including pictures if desired, within an article by using a pointing device to drag across the content. Click on the Create Highlight item from the Annotation Tools to highlight the selected content (see picture below).
Highlight a word, phrase, or image. Right-click it on your computer. Hold Ctrl and click if you're on a Mac. Click the option to search for it with your default search engine.
Select either the Text button with the mouse or by pressing Alt + 'T ', or the Background button with the mouse, or by pressing Alt + B '. Select the color of your choice with the mouse or by using the arrow keys to highlight it and then pressing Space bar to select — see Fig 4 below.
Select the text that you want to remove highlighting from, or press Ctrl+A to select all the text in the document. Go Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color. Select No Color.
Stickers is a feature created by Microsoft to help users with physical disabilities. Stickers allows a user to press a modifier key (Shift, Alt, Ctrl) or the Windows key, and have it remain active until another key is pressed. To turn this feature off, simply press both shift keys at the same time.
