Devise Personality Lease: simplify online document editing with pdfFiller

The Portable Document Format or PDF is one of the most common document format for a variety of reasons. PDFs are accessible from any device to share files between devices with different screens and settings. PDF files will appear the same, regardless of whether you open them on an Apple computer, a Microsoft one or use a phone.

The next key reason is data security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's safe to share any personal data in them. That’s why it is important to choose a secure editing tool for managing documents online. Some platforms grant access to an opening history to track down people who read or completed the document.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, modify, sign, and share PDF files using one browser window. Convert MS Word file or a Google sheet and start editing it and create some fillable fields to make it a singable document. Send it to others by email, fax or via sharing link, and get notified when someone opens and completes it.

Use editing features such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign. Change a document’s page order. Add and edit visual content. Collaborate with other users to complete the document. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage.

Follow these steps to edit your document:

01
Browse for your document through the pdfFiller's uploader.
02

04
When finished, click Done and proceed to downloading, sending or printing your document.

Comprehensive, efficient and intuitive functionality. The only capability I missed was use of the arrow / scroll keys. A simplistic and refreshing technical experience. Thank you!

It can be great, but it's a little buggy at times. The signature feature often crashes the signer's device, whether mobile or desktop, and the API integration with Zapier is very finicky as well.
