I used to the old pdfiller where I can delete pages that I do not need. Maybe, It is also available here and I just need to take time to learn of how to delete pages that I do not need and able to edit even after completing and saved the doc.

We live in the twenty-first century. So few things rankle me more than seeing someone's sent me a Word document and pretended it's a form. The same is true for people who send me PDFs and expect me to print and fill them out by hand. PDFfiller is the solution to all these problems and more. It makes the sending and receiving of forms so easy that even a kid could do it.
I really have no complaints about PDFfiller. It does what it needs to do quickly and easily, and it didn't take me long to learn how to use it. Even things that once seemed formidable to me (for instance, the dreaded splitting and combining of PDFs) is easy with PDFfiller.

Efficient service
I had great service and very efficient. I was asking for a refund ,which I thought I wouldn't get,to my surprise Pdf filler has given me the refund and it should be in my account within a few days. This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. Amazing customer service, very fast response time
I was on trial with pdfFiller and it was really amazing. The best PDF filling software I've ever found. I even used the trial, forgot when it ended and then got charged. BUT I managed to get a refund after explaining my situation. These people are awesome. I definitely will be back when I have enough money.

How do you accept HUD vouchers?
Once the inspector approves your property, you can begin accepting Section 8 housing choice vouchers. At that point, you find your own tenants and complete a separate lease agreement with them. Then, once a month, the housing authority will mail you a portion of the rent and the tenant will pay you the rest.
How do I accept Section 8 as a landlord?

Should you accept Section 8 as a landlord?
Section 8 landlords can make good money, with a lower risk of rent defaults at least on the government-paid portion. But Section 8 tenants come with other risks as well.
Why do landlords not accept Section 8?
