Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. Ease of accessing documents, editing, uploading from pc, internet, and other sources. The ease of sending copies to clients or others via email. The safety of the process is great.

The proximity of the watermark feature is to close to the scroll bar.

Certainly recommend
Very user friendly. Easy to find tools to edit, merge, etc. Was impressed that there was esign that is verified by the program. I am stil on the trial version, but I think I will continue with the paid version too as I do alot of editing to pdfs.

some of the forms are the same but pdfFiller has them in different names. I keep filling out the same form over and over, thinking it's a different one. confusing.

I was looking for a PDF fillable DS11 Form for passport renewal and found this product. It did everything I needed and more. I wish this had been around before I retired. Takes handwriting errors out of the game when submitting government forms.

Great Customer Service!
I hadn't realized That I was getting billed, and for 9 months, I was paying for a service I only used once. Ryan helped me over the customer support, and helped me find the email I had used (it wasn't my main account), and helped me cancel the subscription for a full refund. He was super nice about it to, so I figured I'd review him.
