With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I have had limited use since I became a subscriber. I have difficulty printing the PDF file
I was working on and asked your online help desk what I could do to remedy that but
without success.

PDFfiller is a GREAT program with INCREDIBLE customer service!
PDFfiller is a GREAT program! It is very easy to use. It helped me tremendously when I had a project and needed to fill out literally hundreds of documents online. The program worked very well, was incredibly responsive, & even kept all of my documents for easy access as well. Most importantly, however, is that they have absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service! I used the chat feature and it was totally painless and even enjoyable. I was treated very well by the chat rep (Paul)! I am a single mother who is trying to start a small business with VERY limited funds. I meant to cancel my plan before my 30-day trial was over. Like so many other times in my hectic life, I guess I forgot! I was quite anxious about it as many companies charge high cancelation fees if you fail to cancel during the trial. There was no need to worry though. I simply logged into my account and then I saw the chat feature. I chose to use it even though I was hesitant to do so (many companies do not provide very good customer service through chat). The response time was extremely fast. I asked to cancel my membership and he replied right away that he would do that for me. Here is the best part, he then proceeded to ASK me if I would like a refund as well!! Now that is WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks so much, PDFfiller & Paul! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. You just do not see that level of customer care combined with great products anymore. I was quite impressed!

Worth the money!
The software is very easy to use from a smartphone or computer. Most people don't own a fax machine, so this feature is very handy!
The subscription is necessary, but now with many places of business using editable PDFs, it's not needed as often as I'd like.

easy to use app with legal professional templates. I was able to edit/fill in important applications and documents and save into a file and share and or print for my business. I have been using pdf filler for years.
