Taking a while to learn how to do this, but it is great. Questions: (1) Tell me how to transmit this electronically to you. (2) May I use the same form to register different Scripture we publish? Most elements in this first registration will apply to all that we register. (3) How do we handle the fee for registrations, and what do you need in addition to this and a fee? It makes is so much easier to complete, manage and print a UB 04. I have never done it before, and have been stressing over it. This site has made it much easier.

I fell like it takes a lot of clicks to get things done. Some pages are also slow to load.

Automation. We used it along with Zapier and 123Forms to create a prefilled document from a filled form.

Helpful program with good customer support
This program makes it much easier to complete a complex form than doing it by hand and the customer support is very responsive.

Great program
Great program. Let's you edit PDF, sign documents, send documents to clients or other persons to sign electronically. Also gives access (at least my package) to some limited legal forms which is helpful. Would highly recommend.

I had issues with billing and subscription and the team handled it with top professionalism in a short while. This team is effective.

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.

Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.
