Diagram Tag PDF: make editing documents online simple

The PDF is a well-known document format for a variety of reasons. They are accessible on any device, so you can share files between devices with different displays and settings. You can open it on any computer or smartphone — it will appear same for all of them.

Data security is another reason we prefer to use PDF files for storing and sharing confidential information and documents. In case you're using an online solution to store documents, it is possible to track a view history to find out who had access to the file before.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that allows to create, edit, sign, and share your PDF files directly from your internet browser. Convert MS Word file or a Google Sheet and start editing its appearance and create fillable fields to make it a singable document. Forward it to others by fax, email or via sharing link, and get a notification when someone opens and fills it out.

Use editing tools such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage. Ask other users to complete the document. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing.

Complete any document with pdfFiller in four steps:

01
Get started by uploading your document.
02
Proceed to editing features by clicking the Tools tab. Now you can change the document's content.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add some for text, signatures, images and more.
04
When finished, click Done and proceed to downloading, sending or printing your document.

Great PDF Very easy to use! Updating documents quickly is really helpful and saves me time in my practice. It's great to have the app in case I am not in my office when a change is needed. There are a few glitches. For example, in order to save a document you have to remember to duplicate it. The emailing feature can be glitchy at times.

ease of use could be a little better The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back. It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Add Tags Manually via the Tags Panel With the Tags panel open, select Add Tags to Document from the Options button, or with the Accessibility panel open in the Tools pane, select the Add Tags to Document command (See Figure 23. Adding Tags to an Untagged PDF File).
Tags are the key to accessing a PDF document's content with assistive technology. When a tagged PDF is created, each page element in the document is tagged. Each tag identifies the type of content and stores some attributes about it.
Document Tagging is the general process of adding extra information to documents. It includes static additions to the documents (for example, adding information from Education into the document) or more dynamic information (for example, marking a document for further analysis or workflow).
Open File Explorer. Click Downloads. Right-click the file you'd like to tag and choose Properties. Switch over to the Details tab. At the bottom of the Description heading, you'll see Tags. Add a descriptive tag or two (you can add as many as you'd like). Press Enter when you're done. Press OK to save the change.
Open File Explorer. Navigate to the file you want to tag and right-click it. In the menu that appears, select Properties. In the Properties window, select the Details tab. On the Details tab, double-click the Tags line to add one or more tags, separating each one with a semicolon.
In the desktop, click or tap the File Explorer button on the taskbar. Click or tap the file you want to add or modify properties. In the Details pane, click or tap the tag you want to change, and then type the new tag. To add more than one tag, separate each entry with a semicolon.
Open File Explorer and select the file you want to tag. On the View tab, click Details in the Panes group to open the Details pane. Enter the appropriate Tags (Figure F). Click Save.
