It was very good and worked very well. However, overpriced. I did not like that I could not switch to a different sign on option after purchase and that if I terminate the agreement, you delete access to files instead of offering a transition courtesy print/save/view.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. It has made life much easier for my clients to receive what they need in a more timely manner
Easy to upload specific documents for editing.
When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

It is easy to use and upload your own forms as well. I like all the options for changing colors and sizes of the text and O/X . My only complaint is that the box that appears when you place anything kinda stays in your way when you are working.

I mistakenly did not cancel the trial…
I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. Even though the mistake had been mine, there was no lengthy questioning about how it happened or extra surcharges or the like. I very much appreciated their professionalism in meeting my needs.

I am very impressed with PDF filler and its features. i am not the most computer literate person and i do have a bit of trouble navigating around the program so a demo of some kind would help me a lot if there is one that i can watch. I guess its just a case of playing around with it but there's probably loads of easy shortcuts that i could use if i knew about them .

How do you put a title on a PDF document?
Select File > Properties. Select the Description tab to view the metadata in the document, including the document information dictionary. Modify the Title field to add or change the document's Title entry.
How do I change the name of a PDF document?
Choose File>Open and then browse to your file using the Finder or Explorer. Select your file, then right-click. Choose To rename. You can, however, change its file metadata, including the title, keywords, and custom metadata (in Additional Metadata)
How do I remove a title from a PDF document?
Remove Metadata from PDF File Go to the “File” tab and choose the “Properties” > “Description” option. You can then view the metadata of the PDF document. Furthermore, you can edit and delete metadata as you want. Select the information that you want to delete.
