I felt very mislead, I entered a lot of info onto a form and was only told when I tried to print there was a charge. There was a monthly charge shown but when I selected the monthly option the cost suddenly shot up

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! Excellent support and customer service I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in ****** and it was expensive for me. Great experience when I used it when I had to switch over to my online college classes, but unfortunately, you cannot add some special characters such as the degree sign not can I put subscripts which I need for my chemistry class, but everything was on point!
