So Far, I have enjoyed using the software and it's ease of use. It accomplished the initial task I required, however, was disapponted when full functionality offered failed. Namely the USPS mailing feature. This caused personal business delay of service. I am interested in the use of this application for my business. Digital forms like a product trial agreement and installment payment agreement with customers is a secondary spin off that may be valuable to me. Storing signatures and document sharing is a plus. I like it's integration with Google Drive and others. I will recommend to others but st this point as a trial only.

The obne drawback I find is when I am typing into a field there is no auto return and I suddenly am skipping to other fields. However, it is still a pretty good product.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. How do I Bate stamps in Word?
Select the folder the Word files are saved in from the tree of folders automatically created by Bates Express and then select the files you want to stamp bates to. Choose the target format if you want to convert Word files into PDF or another format (TIFF, JPEG). Specify bates settings (location, font, size).
What is the purpose of BATE stamping?
Bates stamping can be used to mark and identify images with copyrights by putting a company name, logo and/or legal copyright on them. This process provides identification, protection, and automatic consecutive numbering of the images.
What does Bate stamp mean?
Bates stamping is the process of applying a set of identifying numbers to a document collection of PDFs to label and identify them. You can use Previewer to apply a Bates stamp to documents even if you don't import them into a case spreadsheet. You can define Bates number sequences.
Is Bates stamping required?
ESI evidence (which derives from the 1s and 0s of computer bits and bytes) does not require a Bates-stamp because it has something even better — a unique fingerprint. For every computer file, there is a 32-digit key that is unique to that file.
