Easy to Use It's kind of a time saver in the end with not have to use the typewriter or hand write them, would be easier though if you didn't have type each form, if they are the same it should copy the data onto each one. I liked that I didn't have to pull out (yes it's a dinosaur) typewriter to fill out my 1099's every year any more once I found this program online. I can also use it for other forms as well. I don't like that you have to retype each 1099 for each copy of the form, it should carry them forward to each copy and you just review them for differences.

Remove Metadata from PDF File Go to the “File” tab and choose the “Properties” > “Description” option. You can then view the metadata of the PDF document. You can edit and delete metadata as you want. Select the information that you want to delete.
Select File > Properties. Select the Description tab to view the metadata in the document, including the document information dictionary. Modify the Title field to add or change the document's Title entry.
Open the PDF document. Choose “Tools” and then select “Redact.” Choose Remove Hidden Information and wait for the tool to finish running. If any items appear in the Results, click Remove.
Add PDF Documents: select “File→Add PDF Document”. Choose “Rename Method→Advanced”, then input script as follows: Click “Preview”, you will see the new name listed as the below image shows, then click “Rename” at last.
If you right-click and choose “properties” on the . Pdf, then choose the “details” tab there is an option to “Remove Properties and Personal Information”. You can choose what to remove, either some or all of the properties.
Print to PDF: While printing to PDF will not remove ALL metadata, it will remove the 'track changes' type data. Author and Date created types of information can be copied to the PDF when the file is created.
Select one or more files in Windows Explorer, right-click them, then click Properties. Go to the Details tab and click Remove Properties and Personal Information to open the Remove Properties dialog. This dialog gives you two options.
