I would give it five stars but honestly it is a lot of money per month for me when I rarely use it. That said, when I DO use it, it is a massive time saver. I love the signature features and how well the filler integrates with every form and contract I have used.

Excellent customer service. Keep it up. Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.

The written History and Physical (H&P) serves several purposes: It is an important reference document that provides concise information about a patient's history and exam findings at the time of admission. It outlines a plan for addressing the issues which prompted the hospitalization.
Step 1: Include the important details of your current problem. Step 2: Share your past medical history. Step 3: Include your social history. Step 4: Write out your questions and expectations.
This knowledge can be extremely valuable in determining a patient's predisposition to chronic diseases like diabetes, cardiac disease and certain cancers. A complete and accurate history is the foundation for all future patient care.
