For example, a digital camera creates an image based on a set of digital photographs, and the image identifier is part of which photographs are included in the final image. However, using the Digital Sign VIA tag to identify images is not a replacement for properly identifying the subject of the image. If an image has an identifier, for example using the “Rebid” tag, then all pictures from that computer must have the same identifier. For images that have an identifier that is not part of the Rebid tag, or where the images are labeled in some other way, then these images should be identified using their full image IDs. (For example, a photo labeled “Tobias Schwarz” must be identified using the photo ID of “Tobias Schwarz”, or else the photo will contain the image of a person who is not Tobias.)
