I like that I do not need to download and upload the document back.

Who needs a CRA permit?
The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (CRA) requires anyone who owns or operates a facility where hazardous waste is treated, stored, or disposed to have a permit. The permit application is divided into two parts, Part A and Part B.
What does the CRA do?
The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (CRA) gives EPA the authority to control hazardous waste from the “cradle-to-grave.” This includes the generation, transportation, treatment, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste. CRA also set forth a framework for the management of non-hazardous solid wastes.

California employs a five-tier permitting program which imposes regulatory requirements matching the degree of risk posed by the level of hazardous waste: The Full Permit Tier includes all facilities requiring a CRA permit as well as selected non-zero activities under Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
