My Mac products routinely lock me out of being able to edit any paperwork ever. I am constantly needing to update my resume or fill out start paperwork for new jobs and this is as easy as it is supposed to be and works pretty seamlessly.

I found the system complicated for someone not very experienced with computers. I still do not know how to find, on your system, the forms that I have completed. Where are they? How do I save them to my computer? I will keep working to find the answers.

Naming of documents is not useful when trying to locate them at a later time. I have numerous Acord 25 forms for different entities and have to open each one to find the one I need.

I've used their software and it's extreemly good. But what I liked most about their company was their integrity. Twice our auto renewal popped and most companies would use this as a gotcha moment to take your money. Both times we didn't require the auto renewal they credited within 2hrs of an email. Amazing customer service and great company integrity. Would reccomend to anyone.

Used pdfFiller product during free trial period, met my needs with an important document that was needed to process timely application. Being retired, just do not need entire year of the service. I recently started a trial account with pdfFiller but it wasn't quite what I was needing. I didn't cancel the trial correctly so when my Debit card was charged I immediately contacted support and they resolved it within about an hour!

I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly
I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly. Especially when beginning the use of this app and also know I sometime struggle to figure out how to print or upload my document I need to fill in my information to the document. But other than that I love that this app is out there!!!
