When trying to save a completed document to my hard drive it becomes confusing. I cannot find the saved files anywhere. Other than that the program is great.

This is an amazing program! How many times we all have to fill out forms, even if they are pdf forms available for downloading on line) and wish we could just fill them in with the keyboard instead of printing out a hard copy and THEN handwriting our responses. PDFfiller allows you to save a pdf and then fill it in so easily. There are also a lot of options for checking boxes, circling responses, highlighting, enlarging or shrinking text size, etc. The program is user-friendly, easy to follow, print, download to your own computer and save. Just a GREAT addition to my tools. I also get such positive feedback whenever I submit a requested form---they are delighted to have READABLE information.

The ability to use pdffiller to input directly into a form is what I had wanted for years. It is a productivity machine. It’s worth every cent of the cost.

Easy to use and has multi functions that otherwise you would need to purchase separately elsewhere.
I gained TIME, thus I was on time with my tasks, and met deadlines.
Very easy to read, highlight, insert comments (etc), insert and replace figures in pdf documents. It has saved me TIME! I love that it offers features that make manipulation of multiple files easy and fast. I also like the electronic signature option so documents look very professional.

Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. Thank you for thinking of the little people who need things like this. I am a Full-time student with very little extra income so again, I thank you sincerely, Karen (Portland, OR)

I found this site to be helpful. A great time saver on changing documents. I would have saved more time, if I knew ahead of time, that the scanned in pdf, that I edited, would not be able to convert to a word document.

Can I keep my charter email address if I cancel service?
I believe you will lose any charter email account and all emails on the server as soon as you cancel your CSI service. If everything is done properly, those email addresses will be suspended/purged when the service is disconnected.

Re: Keeping my Roadrunner email address If you stop using their email account — even if you were paying for it — for more than 90 days they will disable it, after 180 days they delete the account. As long as you have forwarding turned on, the 90-day rule doesn't apply.
How do I keep my email address if I change providers?
Switch your email address from your current internet provider. If you already have an email address with your internet provider, don't fret you can make the switch to a Gmail or Outlook account without losing old messages or contact details. All you have to do is migrate your old account to a new one.
