Slight misunderstanding promptly resolved
There was initially a slight misunderstanding, however, I was lucky enough to get Dee again when I reopened the chat. She had thought that I just wanted my subscriptions automatic payments cancelled. Really I wanted the payment stopped and the subscription cancelled. Thankfully she worked up until the last minutes of her shift to help me. She was excellent help!

I accidentally forgot to cancel my…
I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!

How do I get rid of Proof point?
For Windows 7 users: Access to Start>Control Panel>Uninstall a program to open the removing panel. Scroll through to locate Proof point Encryption Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook, right click on it and then click Uninstall button.

Access Proof point Account. Click the Manage My Account link found in your End User Digest email or go to https://spamblocker.uit.tufts.edu. Log in with your Tufts email address (e.g., jesse.jumbo@tufts.edu, not jjumb01) and Tufts Password. Click Login.
