I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

Great service! Could use some updates though. The site is rather slow at times, and when changes text size there seems to be a bug where the page needs to refresh or reload. Also, general improvements on loading time would be nice. Also, please make the process of saving to PDF less steps and less clunky. I don't need to be shown where the pdf will be once downloaded.

What do you like best?
I work remotely, don't have a staff or colleagues at my finger tips and find myself in constant need of sending out advertising agreements in an efficient manner. I have the ability with PDF filler to quickly revise and add to routine contracts efficiently.
What do you dislike?
The process, of saving and downloading revisions sometimes requires extra clicks and can be simplified.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Great features. Easy to learn.
The features I've used so far have been fantastic. pdfFiller is quick and easy to learn. The only feature it doesn't have that I would utilise is when creating a form and using the 'formula' option I'd like to be able to add formulas like in excel e.g. =field_1 so that I can duplicate a form entry where it has been entered previously. I chatted with the live support team about this and they were fast to respond & took this request onboard for future updates. A great product and fantastic customer service.

Easy to execute the changes needed…
Easy to execute the changes needed without much instruction. Saving in the pdf filler on One Drive was slow (undoubtedly Microsoft's problem).
