I love that I can pull up any pdf form and fill in the blanks. I do a lot of work with the postal forms and this has been so helpful with keeping the information.

Flattening is a process of applying all annotations, form data and markups to a PDF. Flattened PDF files are used: When you need to apply annotations to a PDF in order to prevent further modifications; To complete the form.
How do I flatten a PDF?
Make a backup copy of your PDF file.
Open the copy and choose Advanced > PDF Optimizer.
Click the Cleanup tab.
Select Remove Hidden Layers Content and Flatten Layers, and then click OK.
When prompted, save the Optimized PDF with another new name.
