On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app. Sign in to your Google Account. Select the items you want to delete from your Android phone or tablet. In the top right, tap More Deletes from device.
If you are using Windows 10, go to Settings → System → Storage. Then, select This PC and click on Temporary files and recycle bin. In the new window find and click the option Empty recycle bin. Press Delete to confirm.
You usually do this before reinstalling Windows, or formatting the system drive, to free the disk from these dead files. Windows creates another folder inside RECYCLE. BIN to handle the data and separate their visibility between users. Either way, it's safe to delete them all.
You can easily erase the deleted files and folders from the Recycle Bin. All you have to do is to right-click on the file that you want to delete and then select the delete option from the menu that appears. This will eliminate the file from the Recycle Bin.
