Graphic arrows in the pdf are represented by the letter U. Can't move inserted text to new location. Circle is useless, odd shape, can't resize without border getting too thick and covering item to circle.

I like how the PDF filler has been easy to work with but I think there should be a separate cost for those of us not using the filler all the time. Its expensive at the moment for me.

What happens if you don't surrender your plates?
The DMV will not suspend your driver license or registration if you fail to surrender the plate. The DMV recommends that you surrender any type of vehicle plate when the plate is not used to make sure that the plate is destroyed.
What happens if you don't surrender your plates in NJ?
If you have plates that are not in use you must surrender them to MVC for cancellation. You will receive a receipt once you surrender your plates that you will need to save. This will serve as proof that they were surrendered in the event that charges are wrongfully acquired on them.
How long do you have to surrender your plates in NJ?
Duplicate plates will be sent to you through the mail in approximately 10 – 12 weeks. Please surrender the damaged plates to the MVC when you receive your new ones (see above).
