I was gonna select only 4 stars since I was having difficulty getting the app to do all that it claims, but since customer service was so great I had to add the additional star.

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly. time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures! Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time. It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

Check Your Books. Gather Your Evidence. Write Your Letter. Invoice for Problem Service. Request Corrective Action. Provide Contact Information.
It is perfectly within a customer's rights to dispute an invoice. Invoices themselves are not legally binding and, without supporting paperwork and other evidence, the recipient does not have to pay them if they have an issue with them. An invoice might be disputed for any number of reasons: Faulty/poor goods/service.
Good Record Keeping. Be Clear About Invoice Terms. Send Quotes, Estimates, and Proposals. Be Firm But Flexible. Find a Workaround or a Solution. Invest in a Financial Management System.
Invoicing Basics: Disputing Invoices Such a practice is good customer service, although you will want to limit the time period in which a customer may dispute a bill. For instance, you could state that the client has ten days to voice any objections to the bill.
Write a letter stating that if the client doesn't pay within x days (don't give them too long five days is fine after all this time), you'll charge them for late payment interest and compensation. Also state that the interest will continue to accrue until the whole debt is repaid.
If your invoice is payable in 30 days, your customer is not going to tell you straight away that it is wrong. Only when it is late, and you chase the payment will they likely raise the dispute over an error. You then have to issue a credit note and re-invoice correctly and the payment dates get pushed out even further.
Write Your Letter Print your invoice letter dispute on company letterhead and address it to the individual who sent it. Acknowledge that you are in receipt of the letter and describe why you are disputing it. Reference the documents you are including to emphasize your point.
Things to Do To Prove The Validity of Your Dispute. Inspect the invoice. Check your accounting records. Look at the business contract. Contact the company. Collect proof to support your dispute. Requirements Creditors Must Adhere to When a Bill of Service is in Dispute.
