Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

The service produces a very handsome document, and facilitates changes when necessary. I had a little trouble navigating back and forth between the document and the print function, but that may be attributable to my lack of familiarity with the product.

Fill in the Blank Love what this has done for making my job so much easier at a very reasonable rate. For my business this was and is the best tool I have for putting together insurance reports. Build or scan in a template and fill in the blanks when you need to send a report out. BAHM! DONE! Probably something I have not spent enough time to figure out yet but as of now each time I fill in a blank template it auto saves it so my original always has to be cleared before new entry.

What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help! We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service. There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

When I tried to sign in from a new home… When I tried to sign in from a new home computer, after I put in my email and password, a box flashed with information in the top right of my screen. It flashed and disappeared so quickly that I could not read it. I had to keep attempting to sign in so that each time I could read a little farther in the box which I finally was able to read and it told me that an email had been sent to my email account and I had to go there to verify that it was me signing in from this new computer. The box should not flash and disappear so fast that it cannot be read.

What do you like best? I love that it makes editing a pdf file quick & easy. What do you dislike? I've not run into any features of the program that I do not like yet. State laws also generally have document retention laws, however when they're shorter than HIPAA's, the six-year retention period preempts State laws.

Patients can therefore become upset when they find out that particularly sensitive or personal information has been recorded by a GP and can ask for it to be removed. In California, where no statutory requirement exists, the California Medical Association concluded that, while a retention period of at least 10 years may be sufficient, all medical records should be retained indefinitely or, in the alternative, for 25 years.
Generally, medical records are kept anywhere from five to ten years after a patient's latest treatment, discharge or death.
Patients involved in a clinical trial — 15 years after last episode or 10 years after death (locally agreed exception). Donor records — 11 years post transplantation. Do not destroy — Records marked as a general 'do not destroy' must be kept as permanent full records and should not be destroyed.
