Works well, but not sure why you create a page that cannot be scanned and sent to the IRS on the first part of the form. If this is not legal or usable why have it?

I enjoy very much that I can scan in documents and then fill in and add things to them easily.
What do you dislike?
Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.

I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

Great Program with pretty much all you need
This is a great program and I'm able to do what I want to so far. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I think it is a little expensive for the service and it's not really user friendly I would think if you were not pretty computer literate. Outside of those two things...IT GREAT!

PDf FIller worked Well. We are a tax service and the application was very useful. It would be great to have a library of fillable IRS forms too. Maybe this could be a future product option?

I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.

How do you dispose of old mail?
True junk mail shouldn't have any personal information other than your name and address. Throw it in with your paper recycling. As for old documents that may have compromising information, shred them. You can buy a perfectly serviceable diamond cut shredder for under $100.
How do you properly dispose of mail?
Take all the mail you don't want, tear it up into little pieces, put it all in an empty envelope, seal it, and toss it in the trash.
Is it safe to throw away mail?

Is it OK to throw away bank statements?
Experts warn that the only receipts that are safe to throw away are those which contain no personal information whatsoever, such as a grocery or coffee shop receipt. However, there are exceptions to even those rules here's what you need to shred: ATM receipts. Bank statements.
How do I get rid of old emails without shredding?
If you soak your documents in water, you'll typically render them impossible to read. You can rip them up a little, drop them in a bucket or a trash bag, and just set the hose on them. They will become so soggy that they'll stick together and fall apart if you pick them up.
Is it OK to throw away old bills?
Don't just toss junk mail, bills or financial statements in the trash or recycling bin. Some of it should be shredded to prevent identity theft. For this reason, buying a paper shredder to destroy documents that contain sensitive information could be a wise investment.

How long should utility bills be kept?
Utility Bills Keep for one year and then discard unless you're claiming a home office tax deduction, in which case you must keep them for three years.
