It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. You all are awesome, I really like your tool and the resources that you have available. Everytime I chatted with someone, they were pleasent and professional. That means a lot to me, we even connected over certain subjects. :) I believe your price is fair for the value you offer, I was able to use most of your tools. I have great features!

Great Customer Service
I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.

Fair and excellent experience
I did not manage to effectively cancel my subscription during the trial period but pdfFiller did refund me the license fee with no problem at all

What do you like best?
PDF filler has allowed me to not only make forms being filled out easier but also allows me to keep them archived on their server so I had don't have to look for them.
What do you dislike?
I think the only downside I would say is the send to sign can be a little confusing. Some of my clients have had issues trying to sign things when I've used this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only time I've had issues is when a form wouldn't load to the system. Customer service has always been great helping me out. They usually have the problem resolved quickly

I would only add that when adding text to the editor, it can be moved without blocking the height. Sometimes the PDF blocks the location of the text and it is difficult to align it with the original text.
