What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

A must have!!
This is a must have for anyone that uses PDF's alot. It can save you a ton of time.
This software is awesome, I love that you can take any PDF and alter it. It is easy to use and comes in handy.
I wish this software was more set up like Word, as in the features and where things are located. Some of the features are hard to find.

I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Professional look!
Got to know about PDFfiller because we use Salesforce at work, and these two are compatible. Taken together - tremendous time savings, at least several hours a week, i'd say!
Longer contracts might need a while to get fully visible on the screen, but no rush here
