It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. I like it....I didn't appreciate the automatic payment/sign up. I would have rather been notified that my trial was ending with the OPTION to renew or not renew rather than automatically being signed up.

User Friendly Site!
I was thrilled to find a site that would allow me to modify PDF files. Furthermore, being able to save and share the files, once I modified them was extremely helpful. Overall, I found the whole site to be very user friendly.

What do you like best?
PdfFiller is a user-friendly application that I often use in the classroom. It has worked well for parent forms and even creating worksheets. Documents are easy to upload and edit with no data or formatting loss.
What do you dislike?
I haven't yet found any CONs for this product and will continue to use and recommend it to others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend giving pdfFiller a try. It doesn't have a steep learning curve, so is useable right away.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Sending out paper forms wasn't an option this year, so it is easy to create forms that can be sent out and returned electronically. A huge plus is being able to get electronic signatures.

Quick to respond and follow through
I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
