Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.

I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Best Friendly user software It was great, very useful when it came to modify and add wordings to documents or even signatures. I like the availability to modify and edit your documents, it's very easy to use and it has so many features to get your documents corrected, sent, faxed, emailed and more. I didn't like when adding texts to your documents, sometimes it will freeze and close the program. Then again it was the free trial.
