took a while to figure it out. Not sure if I am happy that anyone tyhat fgets a form must log into your online app. Want to have them do it in acrobat reader onlt.

Log on to the Web server computer as Administrator. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. Double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Internet Services Manager. Select the Website from the list of different served sites in the pane on the left.
Putty Trick 4: View Putty Event log When you are logged-in to a Putty SSH session, right mouse-click on the Putty window title, which will display Putty menu. Select 'Event Log' menu-item, which will display the following Putty event log window.
Double-click the Putty icon to launch the application. Click Logging. Click All session output. Leave Putty.log as the log file name. Then click Browse to choose the save location. Ensure Desktop is selected here Then click Save. Ensure 'Ask the user every time' is selected
To capture a session with Putty, open up a PUTTY. Look for Category Session Logging. Under Session Logging, choose «All session output» and key in your desire log filename (default is putty. Log).
Download PUTTY. EXE from HERE if you do not already have it. Launch Putty and click SESSION > LOGGING (on the left) Select ALL SESSION OUTPUT. Select SESSION. Type in the IP address of the device you want to connect to. Select TELNET. Click OPEN. Enter all the commands you want and then open PUTTY.

In putty, using GUI, you can save sessions with logging option on, as shown below. Enter Host Name, Name the session, Go to Logging Option in the left top corner, select all sessions, provide log file name and location, go back to Session tab, click on the save button. Done, you have saved a session. You are done.
