Surprised to find out, after filling out the form, that it is a paid service. Customer Service (Sam) was very helpful and pleasant, and sorted things our for me.

Difficult to naviagte Frustrating... but it may work better on a computer rather than an ipad. I like that you can create password protected files and templates to sign if there's is sensitive information needing to be shared. The overall function seem to be helpful, but difficult to use on an ipad for sure! I found it difficult to attempt to build a template as you cannot move the fields you create once you place them. It can make for a sloppy look in your template.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Some states and communities across the U.S. have adopted mandatory recycling laws and ordinances in which recycling, composting and waste bins and services are provided to all customers. In South Carolina, no regulations govern municipality or county recycling practices.
ANSWER: Divers in South Carolina are required by law to recycle their used motor oil. The fee — which is part of South Carolina's solid waste legislation — provides grant funding to local governments for the recycling of used motor oil, oil filters and oil bottles as well as the state's solid waste management program.
The following items are accepted at a recycling drop site: all paper, cardboard, plastic bottles & containers, aluminum & steel cans and glass. Note, drop sites are available for use by residents and businesses, but Convenience Centers can accept household recyclables ONLY from commercial businesses.
States with landfill bans of recyclables include Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and North Carolina. Other states focus on recycling goals. These include California and Illinois.
South Carolina The state's Department of Health and Environmental Control's recycling goal is 35% for all counties. Its waste reduction goal is 3.5 pounds per person per day.
Recycling in the United States. There is no national law in the United States that mandates recycling, and state and local governments often introduce their own recycling requirements. In 2014, the recycling/composting rate for municipal solid waste in the US was 34.6%.
The United States does not have a nationwide recycling regulation that requires businesses to recycle. Although this is the case, many state and local governments have introduced their own waste and recycling mandates that commercial businesses must follow.
The world would look a lot different if everyone recycled. Most likely, it would be cleaner and make more use of available resources. Landfills would shrink tremendously. Recycling plants would be an epicenter of activity.
