I had to use pdf Filler to fill out some online divorce documents, and after being initially upset at having to pay for a monthly subscription for a year to print it (very upset), I sucked it up, signed up, and have never stopped using it. Just discovered the eraser...very cool.

So far it works great! There's a bit of a learning curve, but I was able to chat with a support rep even though it was late at night. He helped explain how I could achieve my goals for our Robotics team engineering notebook forms.

The State of Texas has applied to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for final authorization of the changes to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (CRA).
Regulatory bodies include: United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) — regulates generation and disposal of hazardous waste. United States Department of Transportation (DOT) — regulates transportation of hazardous waste. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) — regulates nuclear waste.
in the US, Hazardous wastes are regulated under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (CRA), Subtitle C. By definition, EPA determined that some specific wastes are hazardous. These wastes are incorporated into lists published by the Agency.
There is no national law in the United States that mandates recycling, and state and local governments often introduce their own recycling requirements. In 2014, the recycling/composting rate for municipal solid waste in the US was 34.6%.
In the United States, landfills are regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the states' environmental agencies. Municipal solid waste landfills (MS WLF) are required to be designed to protect the environment from contaminants that may be present in the solid waste stream.
Regulated Garbage also means meals and other foods that were available for consumption by passengers or crew on an aircraft but were not consumed. Plastic disks or plastic waste contaminated with foreign source food and garbage will be managed as Regulated Garbage.
The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (CRA) regulations establish basic hazardous waste management standards for persons who produce hazardous waste, called hazardous waste generators.
Key Resources. Hazardous waste is waste that is dangerous or potentially harmful to our health or the environment. Hazardous wastes can be liquids, solids, gases, or sludge. They can be discarded commercial products, like cleaning fluids or pesticides, or the by-products of manufacturing processes.
CRA states that “solid waste” means any garbage or refuse, sludge from a wastewater treatment plant, water supply treatment plant, or air pollution control facility and other discarded material, resulting from industrial, commercial, mining, and agricultural operations, and from community activities.
Acutely and extremely hazardous wastes are wastes that would cause death, disabling personal injury, or serious illness. These wastes are more hazardous than ordinary hazardous wastes. Acutely hazardous wastes are listed as P wastes in the federal system.
