It works great and I had 0 problems until I had to sign up for a subscription before being able to download the very important documents I had started. Would be better to let people know beforehand unless I, myself, didn't see such thing.

Who needs an EPA ID number?
California State EPA ID numbers are issued to people and businesses who generate the following: Less than 100 kg of CRA hazardous waste per month. Less than 1 kg of CRA acutely hazardous waste per month. Any amount of a non-zero hazardous waste per month.

If you generate more than 100 kilo- grams of CRA waste per month or more than 1 kilogram of CRA acutely hazardous waste per month, then you must get a U.S. EPA ID Sum- BER.
