I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! On first blush,this is a fine tool. I have a limited number of documents. So this works great. Simple. Easy to follow. Support answered some not so obvious questions quickly and easily. Well done. I have one question or suggestion..I would like to merge a couple of my documents...but don't want to pay for a full upgrade for just two or three uses. Can you offer a "yeah we'll let you do this" one off pricing for someone like me? Would be very helpful. (I will also say I tried several of the competing products...and this was far easier to use)

originally i was dissatisfied with paying $20 to learn how to use the system and still did not get any benefit. Then customer service reached out to me to provide assistance and work on a solution. I am still learning how to effectively use it but am happy for their willingness to help.

I am using it time to time for to fill the pdf. I got this because IRS fillable from will not let me
I have used IRS form like 1099 and 1096 and other forms.
Easy to move PDF and update. Also I can save filled PDF to my folder. I really like the filled and sign.

Took a little time to figure out how to do more than one signature on a single document, but the Support Team was helpful and patient with me as I learned.
