I wish I could change the location of saved files. Everything saves to downloads even when I choose desktop.

I am able to neatly complete forms and send them electronically. Much better than filling in by hand.

Ease of accessing documents, editing, uploading from pc, internet, and other sources. The ease of sending copies to clients or others via email. The safety of the process is great.
What do you dislike?
The proximity of the watermark feature is to close to the scroll bar.

I have used pdfFiller for several different projects that I have done during the passed few months. It has became my go-to site for getting things done quickly and efficiently. I needed to cancel my account but had trouble doing so. The online customer support person Kara was so helpful! I am unemployed now like so many others and cannot afford the service any longer. But, once I get going again, this is the service I will sign up with. Wonderful service!

Very helpful customer service experience! Used the chat function on the website and Sam was quick and efficient to respond and my issue was instantly solved. Very refreshing as so many many companies leave you on hold for hours or don't reply at all!

This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future. I wild gladly recommend pdf filler to anyone who wants a great way to edit pdf files with the confidence of working with a company that has excellent customer service.
