It's is easy to use and convenient, because I can access it from any of my computers, whether in office or out of town on my laptop.

Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.
I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

How do I accept approval through mail?
In the first line of your reply to the email notification, enter one of the supported response words. Periods and exclamation marks are allowed at the end of the word. Approval Words. May you please give me your approval? Translates to a request for the person in authority to grant themselves permission to give you their approval. The would / could / will forms don't have this weird loop of asking someone to grant themselves permission.

Click the Approval button. If an approver is the last approver, the system calls the approval event handler for the OnHeaderApprove class. Use the Review/Edit Approvers section to add any comments about the approval. Click Approve to complete the approval.
