I would recommend, with caveats about the cost based on how much it would be used. Many government forms and other PDFs are already fillable, so PDFfiller isn't needed that often for the average person. However, it was very nice to use.

Tap on the Contacts' application to open it. Tap on the plus (“+”) button to create a new contact. Type in the distribution list name under the “Company” field. Tap twice in the “Home” or “Work” email field and select the “Paste” option to paste the contents of the Notes' application into that field.
Open Contacts and click on the “+” button in the bottom left. Select “New Group” then enter a name for it. Hit Enter/Return after typing in the name, then click on All Contacts, so you can see your list of contacts to the right. To add contacts to your group, simply click on them and drag them onto the group name.
Tap the +icon on the bottom right. Tap New Group. Enter the group name. Tap No Contacts — Add Some. Tap any contacts you want to add to the group. Tap Done in the upper left corner to add the selected contacts to your new group. Tap Done to complete the group.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Contacts app. At the top left, tap Menu. Create label. Enter a label name and tap OK. Add one contact to a label: Tap Add contact. Choose a contact. Add multiple contacts to a label: Tap Add contact touch and hold a contact tap the other contacts. Tap Add.

To start a group message, open the Messages app. Tap the new message icon in the upper right corner. Enter the names of the friends you want to add. Alternatively, you can tap the blue plus sign to add another, and select the contact you want to add. Type your message and tap send. You've started a group message!
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Contacts app. Tap a contact in the list. At the top right, tap More. Share. Choose how you want to share the contact.
