Everything is working
I checked out their pdf software, it's truly great, I liked it and I was ready to buy a year subscription, but all these bad reviews on line about this company made me nervous. However I signed up and now I am pleased to work with it

I've only just started using it, but so far; I am loving it. It's easy to use, and very useful with my work. I'm an RN and I work as an independent nurse, so having this program is so nice for my plans of care, and sending them to the physician to get signed is easy peasy! Thank you.

some of the forms are the same but pdfFiller has them in different names. I keep filling out the same form over and over, thinking it's a different one. confusing.

I work with a lot of county documents that are locked for editing. PDFFiller makes it is so I can mark up and edit. This give me the ability to highlight and do take-offs with in the pdf. Thanks!

How often must SPD be distributed?
Plan administrators of a new plan must distribute an SPD within 120 days after the plan is established. An updated SPD must be furnished to all covered participants every 5 years, and every 10 years even if the SPD has not changed.
Can PDS be distributed electronically?
Employers may electronically distribute the SPD to employees with the ability to access the electronic media where they perform their job duties. In other words, they use a computer with internet access in their daily work.
When must a summary plan description be provided?
An SPD is the primary legal document for communicating plan benefits, rights, and obligations to employees. An SPD must be provided within 90 days of an employee becoming covered under the benefit plan. However, if the plan is new, the SPD can be provided within 120 days.
