The level of communication the team has… The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Edit and create PDFs easily If you work daily with PDF documents, this is a must for you It has a lot of PDF Tools in one on the cheapest plan Maybe they can unify the first and mid tier plans. They don't add a lot to the mid tier plan to increase the price. It just don't worth it

When you run a business, you have to collect payments from your customers for products and services that you have provided. An invoice is a way to bill your customers for their purchases. You can request payment when the customer receives the goods or services, or allow them to pay their bill at a later date.
Your right to be paid You can set your own payment terms, such as discounts for early payment and payment upfront. Unless you agree a payment date, the customer must pay you within 30 days of getting your invoice or the goods or service. You can use a statutory demand to formally request payment of what you're owed.
When the client confirms they are happy, email or text a professional invoice within 24-48 hours. On the invoice, be sure to include a payment due date that is within a reasonable time (14 days is standard).
From a customer or client point of view, invoices help them see what they're getting for their money. That doesn't mean you can't be paid before sending an invoice, but it is the way that most business transactions work. Even if you are paid before you send an invoice, your customer will expect you to send one in.
Terms of payment is the length of time given to a buyer to pay off the amount due. It could be an upfront deposit, c.o.d., or a deferred payment of 30 days or more. Common invoice terms are Net 30 which means payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
You should send an invoice before receiving payment. An invoice is giving your client the information necessary to complete the payment, so having it before is beneficial to both parties.
Determine what tool you should use. Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or Other Text Editor (FREE) Decide the payment terms of the invoice. Due on Receipt vs Net D. Include all important/relevant information. Your name, business name, and/or logo. Generate & save your invoice. Send your invoice to your client.
Create a Professional Layout. Your invoice should look professional. Include Company and Client Information. Add an Invoice Number, Invoice Date, and Due Date. Write Each Line Item with a Description of Services. Add-up Line Items for Total Money Owed. Include Simple Payment Terms and Payment Options. Add a Personal Note.
