So far it is good. I use it for work schedules. Im very busy so havent had a lot of time to explore all the features. When i send my work from home to the work place; i find the security code a little annoying. Also when i purchased it i didnt receive a lower price as lead to believe. Although the price to continue useing it at renewal time wasnt bad.

You can fit more pixels in a printed image than you can on a screen. Because of this, you should never print your images at the same resolution of your screen. These are typically 72 dpi (dots per inch), so you want to aim for anything between 300 and 1,800 dpi when printing.
If it's a family photo consider keeping it to our tiny size (up to 5" x 7"), if it's a wedding portrait go for a small (up to 9" x 12"), and if it's an artsy abstract photo consider a medium (up to 16" x 20").
I noticed that the file sizes for individual photos is much smaller for the wedding pictures than for the engagement pictures. For example, a typical wedding photo will be around 4-7 MB's and a typical engagement photo will be around 10-12 MB's.
Professional/online printing For a 5" x 7" print, the image resolution should be 1024 × 768 pixels minimum. For an 8" x 10" print, the image resolution should be 1536 × 1024 pixels minimum. For a 16" x 20" print, the image resolution should be 1600 × 1200 pixels minimum.
Since you asked for more details, most photographers usually use that magic number of 300 DPI, which was already stated. You can print something around a 16×20 if the image is of excellent quality. However, if someone wants a larger size, a 16×20 lets say up to a 40×60. I often save a raw file as a TIFF file.

In most cases, 640 × 480 pixels is more than enough, and for many projects, you need half that many pixels or even fewer. Pixels for prints: If you plan to print your photo and want the best picture quality, you need enough pixels to set the output resolution in the neighborhood of 200 to 300 PPI.
Hi-res images are at least 300 pixels per inch (PPI). This resolution makes for good print quality, and is pretty much a requirement for anything that you want hard copies of, especially to represent your brand or other important printed materials.
Checking resolution on a PC To check a photo's resolution on a Windows PC, select the file you want to use. Right-click on the image and then select “Properties.” A window will appear with the image's details. Go to the “Details” tab to see the image's dimensions and resolution.
