Distribute Text Transcript: edit PDFs from anywhere

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a standard document format for business purposes, thanks to its availability. You can open them on whatever device you have, and they'll be readable and writable similarly. You can open it on any computer or smartphone running any OS — it will appear exactly the same.

The next primary reason is data safety: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so they're safe for sharing data. That’s why it is important to get a secure editing tool, especially when working online. Using an online document solution, it's possible to track a viewing history to find out who had access to the file before.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that lets you create, edit, sign, and send your PDFs directly from your browser tab. Convert an MS Word file or a Google sheet and start editing it and add some fillable fields to make it a singable document. Send it to others by fax, email or via sharing link, and get notified when someone opens and completes it.

Use editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Change a form’s page order. Add and edit visual content. Ask your recipient to complete the document. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage.

Complete any document with pdfFiller in four steps:

01
Go to the pdfFiller uploader.
02
To change the content of your document, click the 'Tools' tab and follow the instructions.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add some for text, signatures, images and more.
04
When finished, click Done and proceed to downloading, sending or printing your document.

I wish to gain more experience before making a committment, but, thus far, I am finding the product useful. Since writing the above, I have used the PDFfiller to complete a batch of same-format, but different forms, and found it convenient to be able to use the one basic form for each of my projects.

The forms are easy to fill out and the online chat help was great. But I was a little confused when I was first starting and seemingly just thrown into the fire so to speak after what I thought was just filling in a form and really didn't have a 'how to video' before I was already in ther.
