I did not know there was a charge for using this until I got to the very end. I had spent too much time filling out the form to end and start over. I want to cancel at the end of one month.

An inclusive and equitable culture demonstrates behaviors that value and respect individuals and groups with different backgrounds, as well as recognizing the specific challenges and circumstances experienced by these different groups.
Include and seek input from people across a wide variety of backgrounds. Listen carefully to the person speaking until they feel understood. Make a habit of asking questions.
Inclusive means: treating everyone with equivalent consideration, the same consideration that we give to or want for ourselves, seeking people out and actively connecting with them, listening to them, accepting them, inviting them into our lives.
Inclusive leaders are people-oriented, great listeners, able to tap into the talents and motivations of their teams. They are patient, understanding, soft-spoken, and genuinely interested in others.
Inclusive leadership is essential for making sure diverse thinking is respected, managed, heard and applied. And inclusive leaders who understand how different thinkers react to change are uniquely prepared to communicate and influence in a way that gets everyone on board with new ideas and new ways of doing things.
Inclusive leaders effectively lead diverse teams by creating workplaces where all employees feel valued for who they are, and know their ideas count. They enable their people to feel like owners of the systemlike they have a stake in its future not renters.
A military diversity summit produced this definition: Diversity leadership deals with ways in which people and groups relate to one another and how management [leadership] decisions are made in the midst of the differences, similarities, and tensions among groups (LIM, Cho, & Curry, 2008).
Diversity in leadership is linked to greater financial returns. Companies with leadership in the top quartile for racial and ethnic diversity were 35% more likely to have financial returns above their industry median.
Diversity and inclusion leaders invest in developing their individual and team D&I competencies and skill sets. They ensure that there is an understanding of how D&I supports the organization's overall strategy. They communicate the ongoing status of the diversity and inclusion impact and its global implications.
conscious / conscience Conscious is a Latin word whose original meaning knew" or "aware. So a conscious person has an awareness of her environment and her own existence and thoughts. If you're “self-conscious," you're overly aware and even embarrassed by how you think you look or act.

One who strives to be a good leader has to be honest, inspiring, intelligent, and stand firm for what he believes, not backing down.
Hiring policies and diversity plans may already encourage diversity in your team, but you can set examples to ensure it thrives. Communicate. Transparency and openness are crucial to diversity consciousness. To gain awareness of different cultural groups, employees should know where their peers come from.
Diversity skills are the skills necessary to be flexible and accommodating to multiple lifestyles and needs, and to accept the viewpoints and expertise that different people bring to the work environment.
