needed to print out applications, employment verifications and a background questionaiire that required it be typed, printed out and sent via US mail. Most online PDF's will not supply editing capabilities. Thanks PDFillier!

It was actually nice, easy and convenient to use. It is just that I find it expensive so I revert back to my old ways means manually filing or writing in forms. :)

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

What are acceptable i9 documents?
For badging purposes forms of identification (such as a state driver's license, state identification card, U.S. Passport, military ID card, birth certificate, or Social Security card). For I-9 purposes must choose from the List of Acceptable Documents : One document from List A, or.
Can you accept copies of documents for I 9?
A. No. Expired documents are no longer acceptable for Form I-9. However, you may accept Employment Authorization Documents (Forms I-766) and Permanent Resident Cards (Forms I-551) that appear to be expired on their face, but have been extended by USCIS.
How long does an employee have to provide i 9 documents?
The Form I-9 must be completed within three business days of the date employment begins. If the new hire claims that the necessary documents where lost, stolen or destroyed, the person must provide a receipt for replacement documents within the three days.
What happens if an employee does not complete i 9?
You may not use the I-9 form as part of the applicant screening process or background check; If the new hire does not present acceptable identification documents by the end of three business days after the first day of work for pay, you may terminate the employee for failing to complete the I-9 form.
Does the 9 need to be completed in person?
Yes. A state workforce agency may choose to complete Forms I-9 and verify the employment authorization and identity of individuals it refers to employers. You can contract with another person or business to verify employees' identities and employment authorization and to complete Forms I-9 for you.
Can an employee work without an i9?
Yes. Individuals must be work-authorized to perform any employment in the United States, even if it is not employment in an employer-employee relationship requiring completion of the Form I-9.
