GREAT product! Nothing negative! I draw up a lot of contracts for my job and this website makes it much easier. This is very easy to use, the interface is very clean. I wish there was an app to support this product. A lot of times I am on the go and I need to fill out PDFs. It would be nice to have an app.

Log in to your Gmail or Google account and click the “Drive” link at the top of the page. Click the red “Create” button in the left column and then select “Form.” A form template opens in a new tab. Type a name for the form in the “Title” field. Select one of the templates and click “Ok.”
Google Docs currently does not provide a way to make fillable PDFs, but you can use add-on Fillable Document that makes Google Doc as a live fillable form, stores submitted data into Google Sheets, generate merged Docs & PDFs and deliver through template email.

Right-click on the PDF file in the file list and select Open With > Google Docs. The PDF file is converted to a Google Doc containing editable text. Notice that the Google Docs version of the file still has the . Pdf extension on it, so the files have the same name in the list.
