I had a little issue trying to find out how to print the form. Also, the little movable box that kept showing me where to check got in the way of reading the document. I X'ed it out most of the time so I could read the instructions.

Documents: On the Google Docs toolbar, there is the traditional Save button. Otherwise, in the upper right-hand corner, there is a Save and Close button. You will need to use either of these save buttons to save your document when you make any changes.
From the Google Docs app: If a Google doc was opened in the app and was left open before losing internet connection, the student will be able to see the doc and edit it while offline. These changes will not be saved until the students opens the document while connected to the internet.
You can't disable auto saving, but you can have it happen offline. Make sure that you have offline Google Docs enabled and that your document is downloaded. Then, disconnect the internet. Start editing that document.
