I had a problem with a pdf file freezing up on deadline and not being able to copy it when I was on deadline. I have to say, though, your online customer service was extremely helpful in solving my problem.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Availability Google Docs Wins In this category, Google Docs easily wins because you just can't beat free. In essence, Google Docs is a slightly less feature-rich word processor, but when you consider it's completely free, it more than makes up for it. Microsoft Word, on the other hand, is not free.
Maybe you meant Word instead of Office. Yes, for many people Good Docs is adequate to replace Word. It is free and does about 80% of the same stuff. If you are writing letters, party invitations or a grocery list then you are fine with Good Docs.
Both Office 365 and Google Docs are Web-based platforms, and they will work from any Web browser--more or less. It should not come as any surprise that Google Docs excels in the Chrome browser while Microsoft Office 365 works best in Internet Explorer.
Office Online Is Free Nowadays, Microsoft wants you to subscribe to Office 365. This is more affordable at $10 or so per month, but the subscription still adds up over time. With Office Online, you gain access to online versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and also Outlook.com at no cost.
If you purchase Office 2016 or the recently released Office 2019, you do not have to renew every year since you own that copy. You buy, you own it. No more fees. If you subscribe to Office 365, then you will have to renew Office 365 every year.
Follow these steps to use Microsoft Office 2016 on your PC without online services or paying for a subscription. Use a non Office 365 Email. Obtain an Alternate Email Client or Obtain an Outlook Perpetual License. Cancel your subscription.
