I stumbled onto this software product because I needed to redo a 2012 - 1099 form. Since then, I've used it for other forms and I LOVE THE SOFTWARE!! I can't tell enough other people how great it is.

The search option brought up the forms I needed. In on instance multiple versions were on different sites. I was able to bring in to the appropriate version by typing in the URL, I found that to be a real time saver.

Exceptional Support ...
Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. It worked great with one exception. On my form the lines that I highlighted did not highlight everything in the printed version. Other than that, it worked great.

Excellent Customer Service
I contacted the customer service team of pdfFiller when I had a problem and it was dealt with straight away. I spoke to someone called Harmhon and they were really kind and understanding. They replied to me very quickly and the problem was resolved in less than a few minutes. Overall, I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to a friend.

What do you like best?
It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents.
What do you dislike?
Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Remote completion of forms and extracting text from PDF documents mostly.

I have used PDFfiller and it is a great time saver. By making any form to a can be filled. form online.. Its great to find a form that I need , but its not fillable, this fixs that... Their customer service is great, helped me the fist call..

How do I certify a PDF document?
On the Protect tab, in the Certify Document group, click Certify.
On the Certify Profile Wizard, choose the actions you want to permit from the Permitted actions list.
Click Next.
Select a digital ID to certify with, and choose whether to make the certificate visible.
Click Next.

What is a PDF certificate?
