I thought it was great & easy to use. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was I would have liked to have known I had to buy a subscription before I could print my document. I probably won't need to use it again in the foreseeable future.

Very good easy to use program
Very good easy to use program. Customer service is great I miss read and accidentally signed up for a whole year in one go instead of just for the month, they quickly resolved it for me and refunded the difference. =) if I ever need to do documents online again I will definitely use their service again

The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software.
Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs.
Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it.
May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

Easy, reliable and very effective
Makes completing forms easy and professional. Easy to navigate, easy to find and upload forms and easy to send/save.
the only negative thing I could say is that I would like to have the font a different size and I have been unable to fit it correctly in some spaces.

VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. I use this almost on a day to day with all kinds of documents. it is the best thing that has happen to me when it comes to computers. I have been trying to get everybody I know to get this program, I paid for the year and most likely will pay for next year too.
